Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be in its original condition.
Item must be unused and free from damage.
Original packaging should be included whenever possible.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made products
Digital downloads
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We'll gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
