• Handle with care to prevent chips or cracks.

• Do not expose the mug to sudden extreme temperature changes, as this may damage the ceramic.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in its original condition.

• Item must be unused and free from damage.

• Original packaging should be included whenever possible.

• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Digital downloads

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

• Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with:

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll work quickly to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• Holiday disclaimer: Please note, during November and December that processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.

We currently ship through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order.

Shipping options and costs are calculated during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Multiple Items:

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages if needed to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Delays:

While we work hard to ship orders on time, occasional delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

ATA Creations is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update the address before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
